Picture a spring morning here. You pour your coffee in a kitchen that was completely redone six years ago, walk across ash wood floors, and look out at the rose garden just as the hummingbirds arrive. The owners say they show up every year, sometimes thirty at once, because this yard is their first stop on the way back north. Keep a feeder ready. By midday you've settled into the heated den out back, the room the owners say they've practically lived in for the last few years. It has a little nook perfect for a desk for working from home and a half bath right in the same area, so you may never leave it either. The pie-shaped lot gives you plenty of street frontage and runs back toward the ravine, with a shed for the mower and the bikes. Downstairs, the partially finished basement is ready for someone to finish the job. The roof and both skylights were replaced about ten years ago, and when summer heats up, adding central air should be easy because the attic runs the full length of the house. Public sewer means a septic bill will never be part of your story. With fresh paint throughout, all that's left is to move in and hang the feeder.
